About the Future Leaders Program
Fast-track your career: Our high-impact growth program STADA XLRT will elevate you into a leadership role at STADA within only two years. You will receive access to crucial business insights and coaching from our executive leaders. Embrace your ambitions at STADA: This is your moment to go beyond what you thought is possible. The program will start in Q1 of 2025 (flexible start date).


What you can expect from the program

  • Be part of our 2-year multi-disciplinary Future Leaders Program that combines your individual aspirations with our business needs as a fast-growing global player in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience diverse cultures and practices through rotational assignments across STADA's international locations, starting at our global headquarters in Bad Vilbel, Germany.
  • Lead core projects in key functions like Commercial, Finance, Business Development, and Technical Operations, collaborating directly with our Executive Committee and Senior Management.
  • Drive innovation, challenge the status-quo, and foster creativity to shape the future of healthcare.
  • Build lasting relationships across functions and establish external networks that will accelerate your career.
  • Upon successful program completion, step into a key leadership role equipped with the skills and confidence to make a significant impact in the industry.

Who we are looking for

  • You bring 4-10 years of relevant experience in Consulting, Pharma, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Financial Services or Private Equity backed companies.
  • You have a proven track record in leading projects in a global and dynamic environment, paired with excellent analytical skills.
  • You are skilled at navigating the complexities of working with demanding stakeholders and have a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with top-level management.
  • You are excited about temporary assignments abroad at one of STADA's international locations.
  • You have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English (C1/C2), any other language would be a plus.
  • Agility, entrepreneurial thinking, and growth mindset are qualities we value, along with integrity and strong relationship-building skills.
